  2. After processing your request, you will receive an After-Sales Number (Repair Authorization Number – RM). The authorization number must be inserted always on the Delivery Note. NOTE: Shipment without an After Sales Number will be rejected at customer expenses.
  3. Shipment must be sent to the following address: PHASE MOTION CONTROL S.P.A. Via Pionieri ed Aviatori D’Italia N° 4, 16154 Genoa (IT) The packaging must be suitable and compliant to exclude further damage. Shipment must be sent at customer expenses otherwise it will be rejected. Duties must be DDP otherwise will be claimed back to the customer.
  4. PMC Repair department will analyze the product and will provide a cost document as soon as possible.
  5. The repair will be processed as soon as the cost document will be sent back signed for approval.

PMC products are covered by 2 years warranty unless for different agreement with customer.
In case of repair under warranty, the product will be shipped back at PMC expenses.
In case of scrapping at PMC, the analysis costs will be deleted.
In those matters not expressly indicated, please, refer to “General Terms and Conditions of Sales – Point 10”

After-Sales Repair Procedure

Once your request has been processed, you will receive an After-Sales number (Repair Authorization Number – RM…).
This authorization number must be indicated on the return delivery note (DDT) for repair.
Shipments without an After-Sales number will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

The material to be repaired must be sent to the following address:

    16154 Genoa (IT)

The packaging must be suitable and compliant in order to prevent any further damage.
Shipping costs to PMC must be borne by the Customer.

PMC’s Repair Department will analyze the material and issue a repair quotation as soon as possible.
The repair will be carried out only after the quotation has been returned signed for acceptance by the Customer.

Warranty and Conditions

The warranty for all PMC products is valid for 2 years, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.

In the case of repairs covered by warranty, PMC will bear the cost of the return shipment to the Customer only.

In the event of scrapping carried out at PMC, analysis costs will be waived.

Garanzia e Condizioni

La garanzia su tutti i prodotti PMC ha validità di 2 anni, salvo diversi accordi con il Cliente.

Nel caso di riparazioni coperte da garanzia, PMC sosterrà esclusivamente i costi di spedizione di ritorno al Cliente.

In caso di rottamazione effettuata presso PMC, i costi di analisi verranno annullati.
