New Drive AxN-DC Series has been developed by phase motion control. The perfect partner for TK Series Torque motors.

The AxN-DC Series represents a leap forward in motion control technology, offering a comprehensive current range spanning from 100 Arms to 800 Arms across four different sizes. Equipped with various interfaces including analog (+/-10V), fieldbus (EtherCAT and CANOpen), pulse, and direction, these drives cater to diverse industrial needs.

Moreover, the AxN-DC Series boasts a full suite of analog and digital I/Os, along with a multiport encoder interface catering to prevalent digital protocols such as EnDat 2.2, Hiperface, SinCos encoders, TTL, or resolver.

Embarking on a new era of precision and performance, AxN-DC Series drives by Phase Motion Control set a new benchmark in motion control technology. With cutting-edge control loops boasting a current loop cycle time of just 1 microsecond, alongside speed and position loops operating at 125 microseconds each, precision is assured.

Featuring a state-of-the-art voltage control algorithm, our drives enable field weakening up to 10 times the knee speed, even in the most demanding applications, ensuring optimal efficiency and reliability. Additionally, our drives offer internal PLC programmability, supporting IEC61131-3 standard languages, and come equipped with a comprehensive suite of free software management and tuning tools, empowering users to customize and optimize their AxN-DC Series drives with ease, without any additional cost.

From rotary tables to extruder axes, AxN-DC Series drives excel across a myriad of applications. Interfaces including analog, fieldbus, pulse, and direction, along with a multiport encoder interface catering to prevalent digital protocols, ensure unparalleled versatility and adaptability.
