The optimum product is always the result of the best technologies in all fields combined. The highest performance level is achieved when the specific expertise and competence of the Customer is merged with the special motor and drive technology of Phase Motion Control. Custom solutions are designed in cooperation with the Customer team involving all shapes of drive required by the application, linear, rotary, arc; motor solutions are cast in the application for the most demanding specs. Alternatively, innovative and cost effective solutions can be devised in cooperation by adjusting one of the standard Phase motor processes to specific needs, such as special frames, shafts or enclosures.

Every year, Phase Motion Control generates a few tens new custom designs for production runs in the hundred to thousand pieces each. Some capability examples are described here to tingle the designer’s imagination… many more are yet to be discovered together.
