Phase Motion Control designed and developed several types of
light brushless motors for electric traction on rails on road,
rated 30 to 150 kW continuative output, featuring a very high
dimensional and shape flexibility. |

rating they use natural air, or water cooling. Suited for streets
cars movers, military and vehicles, electric cars. The versatility
of the brushless electric motor is used to minimize overall
vehicle dimension, to optimize the limits (mass, space, shape)
imposed by the vehicle structure, or to integrate other system
elements like wheel, epicyclic gear box, differential or transaxl.

Carrozzeria Bertone, "ZER", which is equipped with
a Phase Motion Control designed 100kW, 38 Kg, 98% efficient
brushless motor, won both the 1 hour endurance world record
(199.88 Km/h per 1 h) and the top speed world record (303.97
Km/h, Nardò, 21/5/1995) for zero emission vehicles. |
